While I have experienced success in building businesses from completely nothing, and have built an online presence around them the results are not typical. On average 50% of all new businesses close within the first year, and an even more staggering 90% fail within 5 years of operation. Keep this in mind when launching a new venture, and never take any risks that you are not prepared to lose.
